General Rental Polcies

Check in time is 3:00 PM or by special arrangement
- Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Pet fee is $50.00 per pet per stay,
maximum of 2 pets
- Two night minimum stay - Execpt Holidays
- Three night minimum stay on Holidays
Check In is at the Wildernest Inn which is located 1 mile north of Mountain Lake Retreat
located off South Mill Creek Road. The entrance is marked by a Wildernest Inn sign.
Additional Options
Breakfast and/or Dinner reservations may be made for Adult
Guest(s) dining at the Wildernest Inn, please inquire at check in.
A grocery service can be provided for an additional fee.
Pick up and drop off at the Grant County Airport
Licensed Baby-Sitter available with advanced notice.

Other Fees
An excessive cleaning fee of $100.00 may be charged if the cleaning required is above
and beyond the normal cleaning procedures.
A missing key fee of $50.00 may be charged if house and gate keys are not returned at
check out.
